The Kappa Xi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. proudly presents its signature Omega Gentlemen “GENTS” Program, a transformational mentoring initiative designed to guide, equip, and empower young men—particularly high school students—as they prepare for life beyond graduation.

Each June, the chapter celebrates the achievements of participating high school students, recognizing their growth, resilience, and readiness to step into adulthood with purpose and confidence.
The program provides young men with real-world tools, including
leadership training, financial literacy, emotional intelligence, communication, etiquette, and college/career preparation—while also offering something even more meaningful: the presence of wise, caring, and committed men who invest time, compassion, and experience into their lives.
Through hours of volunteer service and one-on-one engagement, the Brothers of Kappa Xi have fostered lasting relationships that have transformed the lives of countless young men. Many participants describe the experience as life-changing, helping them find direction, discipline, and a renewed sense of self-confidence.
